About Charles Steinbacher

I was born and raised in the Tennessee Valley, and I’m proud to call Knoxville my home. I understand the numerous benefits of life in Knoxville, with its unmatched weather, culture, and nostalgia. From the mountains, parks and lakes, and the small-town feel of the city, Knoxville is the perfect place to call home for any walks of life.

I joined the Real Estate profession with my wife Mandy by my side being my biggest supporter. I have three daughters - one is a University of Tennessee graduate, one is studying at Pellissippi State Community College, and one is in her senior year at Bearden High School looking at colleges. I studied Marketing and Business Management at the University of Tennessee, where I learned to give my all, my hard work, and my dedication to each of my clients.

With over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing, I treat each person with the same mentality - “Put yourself at the other end of the transaction and treat your clients the way you would want to be treated”.
